Hospitality Ministry Goals
Attendance at Prayer Service and Bible Study is encouraged.
It is the goal of this ministry:
To reach out to new members that signed a “Welcome Card” within a week. We will try to reach others within their families as well.
During the greeting, we will go to our visitors and ask if they have accepted Christ into their lives. We also inform them that the ministry and the Church will be praying for them.
When new members join the Church, someone from the ministry will keep in touch with them for at least one month. Afterward, an assigned ministry leader will keep them informed of Church activities and ministries preparing them for our Welcome Social. This is to encourage their spiritual growth. and prevent the “Back Door Syndrome” by getting them involved with a ministry.
